I received news today from our HS agency that the sate of Texas has done NOTHING with Frig's paperwork since it reached their office back in February. Apparently the women that is supposed to process it has been in training and the paperwork has been sitting on her desk this whole time.
Unfortunately, that is not the worst part. Even worse than the current paper work having been at a stand still these past two months is that we only found out because they want more paperwork from us: a record of work history from the past 10 years, two letters of recommendation standing up from Frig's moral character, and a more detailed explaination of the events from Frig (including what he learned and what he would do different in the same situation today).
This is so disheartening! I kind of just want to give up. I imagine all of the things I could do to my house with the money we have saved.
